Work Cycles
All of the projects will respect the Work Cycle of the ASII. Our experts will evaluate and consult our dear innovators and lead the projects to execution, according to work cycle plans. In all of the stages innovators will follow the execution process of their idea and innovation.
Stage 1.
Application Confirmation
In the first stage, we consult innovators to write their applications for us, and then show them the process necessary to know in order to carry out their application. Following that, we will propose the first draft of execution/business plan to present an overview of the whole project.
Stage 2.
Requirements and
execution
In the second stage, we will define each member’s contribution in the project. Based on the evaluations, we will prepare the materials and elements for the projects. The exact execution plan will be provided and followed.
Stage 3.
Monitoring During the project
In the third stage, all of the process will be monitored by experts, while the innovators are following the execution plan. The provided time tables will be respected. The innovation is turning to reality in this stage.
Stage 4. Production and Experiment
The innovative idea has been executed. However, as the first experiment all of the participants in the project will have a chance to evaluate the project and calculate the risks and improvements to prepare the idea for production and presentation.
Stage 5.
Presentation and Branding
The idea is now a real project. In this stage, we prepare for the final presentation and branding of the project. Innovators will have direct influence on their own innovation.
Stage 6.
Investments
Out experts will provide investors and prepare the project for monetizing, purchase and investment. All of the participants and innovators in the project will be included in the result and hold their shares of the project.
